Purpose:
Part II of work session on Areas of Stability defined in Blueprint Denver. Participants focused on refining the nine “residential typologies” introduced in the Part I meeting held on October 2, 2006. A range of infill and redevelopment options were presented in a series of survey sheets using photography, plans and 3-D illustrations. Participants worked in teams to identify a range of what they believe to be appropriate development patterns.
