Who has been working on The New Zoning Code?Posted by: The New Zoning Code Team
The Zoning Code Task Force, appointed by Mayor Hickenlooper and the City Council President in early 2005, includes 16 members representing architects, realtors, neighborhood representatives, developers, historic preservationists, city staff, Planning Board and City Council members. They are assisted by staff from multiple city agencies, a large Citizen Advisory Group, and an expert team of consultants. Additionally, members of the public and various stakeholder groups have weighed in at various stages of the process.
