The Planning Board Public Hearing Draft of the new code is available for review.
The Planning Board Public Hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Key remaining dates in the New Code adooption process are:
April 21st: Planning Board public hearing, followed by Board recommendation to City Council
April 28th: Blueprint Denver Committee consideration of new code
May 24th: City Council - first reading of proposed zoning code ordinance
June 21st: City Council public hearing and final consideration of proposed ordinance adopting the new code.
