Denver City Council joined the Denver Planning Board in hosting two Listening Sessions to take public comment on the New Code.  Six hours of public testimony were provided by 148 citizens at the Listening Sessions on November 18th and 19th.

A self-professed “land-use junkie,” Brad has used his training and experience as an architect to work with land use regulations and zoning all 27 years of his career. Brad has lived in the Park Hill neighborhood since 1984 and serves on the Task Force as the Denver Planning Board representative. Brad’s passion for land use carries over to his pastimes. He enjoys farming, raising bees and cattle and training and competing with field trial receivers (i.e. hunting dogs).
