In May 2009, we completed Round I of our public workshops to present and gather feedback from Denver citizens on the guiding principles behind The New Code. Over 400 Denver residents attended, but for those residents who could not attend, Channel 8 has made footage available of the downtown meeting from May 12^th.

This clip from the footage focuses on Blueprint Denver, the citizen-driven, integrated land use and transportation plan adopted by City council in 2002, and how it relates to The New Code.
